How can I size my nails?

Refer to the CandyPaintPress Sizing Kit for the most accurate solution to size your nails. To avoid waiting for a sizing kit, measure your own nails using the tape method. Choose a standard size (XS-S-M-L). If a nail size if off from your measured size, please feel free to include that size for the specific finger (ex. pinky left hand 8) that is the more accurate fit.

How long do the nails stay on?

With proper application: 

1-2 days: Use the nail stickers provided. Place sticker on to your Candy Paint Press nail. Remove the protective plastic layer and press firmly into to natural nail for 10-15 secs. This is for short term wearing. 

5-7 days: Apply a small dot of glue to each of your natural nails, spread it around using the tip of the glue applicator leaving space around you cuticles and side walls. Add a drop of glue onto the back of your Candy Paint Press nails. Spread around a bit. The glue will disperse when pressure is applied.

7-12 days: Follow full instructions here.

What comes in my package?

The set(s) of nails you ordered and an application kit which includes a mini nail glue, mini nail buffer, plastic cuticle pusher, 2 alcohol wipes, and nail application stickers.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we are only shipping within the US.

What do I do if my package is lost?

Once handed over to the carrier, Candy Paint Press has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post company responsible for delivering the package.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, gently buff the back of the Candy Paint Press nail to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual. 

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

All sales are final due to customized sizing and sanitary reasons. Please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

It takes 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand these are handmade sets crafted by one person, who also packages and ships the order.
